Description
This campus-wide charity initiative required our team to design, plan, and execute a multi-step project in collaboration with student groups and local charities. I contributed at every stage—from shaping the initial strategy to coordinating logistics and carrying out the event.
Keeping our goal at the center of the process ensured alignment across teams and clarity in decision-making. By working collaboratively and maintaining focus on our purpose, we delivered an initiative that supported meaningful community impact.
Problem
The purpose of this initiative was to unite student groups across campus to support local charities in meaningful, coordinated ways. While the mission was clear, the challenge was creating a project plan that ensured alignment across teams, communicated expectations effectively, and translated a broad vision into actionable steps.
We needed a structure that could guide dozens of moving parts—promotion, collaboration, logistics, and on-the-ground execution—while keeping our shared purpose at the center of every decision.
